This is a privately owned unit within the Marina Sol, offering all the benefits of a resort stay with the comfort of a condo. We are situated in the ideal location, near Medano Beach, popular restaurants with live music, the Marina, and downtown. This is a second floor walk up unit.
Please note this is not a hotel and we do not provide daily or weekly maid service. If you would like to schedule a cleaning we can have our property manager arrange one for you in advance for a $75 USD fee paid directly to the property manager. Please note the condo must be vacant for the cleaners to come in and do the cleaning and it must be arranged a few days in advance.
