Casa Dominguez is a 420 sq ft adobe cottage lovingly rebuilt and less than three blocks from the Historic Santa Fe Plaza. The 18 inch thick adobe walls make the property remarkably quiet given its close proximity to the Santa Fe Railyard District, the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road and The State Capitol Grounds. Casa Dominguez has a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave (toaster oven and counter-cooktop on request), bedroom with closet, and a living room and dining area. During the recent, extensive renovation that included a new roof, windows, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, historically appropriate materials were used whenever possible. Furnishings in the home include personal furniture that have been painstakingly restored. Casa Dominguez is literally, historic Santa Fe with modern comforts. Santa Fe's iconic coffee shop, Ohori's, is across Manhattan Street just steps away. Santa Fe's best bakery, Sage Bakehouse, is conveniently around the corner.
