Here, the air is still healing. Through open windows, the wind brings greetings from the Bleilochtalsperre, the Thuringian and Franconian Forests, meadows, and fields. In our cozy guesthouse—freshly renovated with love and imagination—you’ll find an unusual vacation atmosphere with a touch of eclectic style. A relaxing vacation by and on the water is the perfect choice if you need a break for your mind, body, and soul. Hikers and fishing enthusiasts can also enjoy plenty of activities here.
On the first floor, you’ll find a rustic dining room with a reading nook; a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a fireplace with an oven, and much more; a relaxing sunroom with an unforgettable panoramic view of the Thuringian Sea and the surrounding countryside; and a restroom.

The spacious bathroom and closets are located in the basement.
The two-part attic offers additional sleeping space. The space and the view from the panoramic window—close to seventh heaven—let you unwind and relax!
On the over 700-square-meter property, you’ll find a “witch’s sauna house” with a great view and a cozy foyer, a coffee/recreation house, a sunbathing area, a fire pit, and—in warmer weather—a barbecue area, a hot tub, a solar-powered shower, and a streamside oasis with a small pond biotope.
Free parking is available right next to the house.
